Our Heavy Duty Recovery Unit is the largest wrecker
between Edmonton and Saskatoon; featuring a three
stage - 50 Ton Boom, two 50,000lbs winches,
and a 55,000lbs underlift capacity.
Light / Medium Duty Recovery
Unit: New
to our fleet is our Light/Medium Duty Recovery Unit.
This wrecker unit comes equipped with a 28,000lbs
boom, two 14,000lbs winches, a 26,000lbs tow rating
and a 6500lbs wheel retainer wheel lift system.
Winch Tractor & Tru-Hitch
recovery System: Our
Winch Tractor coupled with the Tru-Hitch Recovery
System safely converts the towed tractor into a
semi trailer. With an even distribution of weight
over the towing trucks 5th wheel, even ultra heavy
units fall under legal weight allowances.
Tilt Deck Equipment Trailer: For
equipment that can't be towed, we offer a tilt deck
equipment trailer coupled with our Winch Tractor
to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles and/or
equipment. With a full tilting deck and a 6 degree
ground level load angle, we can safely load any

Compound: For
added security and peace of mind to our customers,
Merit Towing & Recovery now offers a fully secure,
lighted compound at our new Lloydminster facility.
